Sadhana (disciplined practice)

During these times keeping ones disciplined practice or sadhana going is essential, even crucial.


'...Sādhanā is a discipline undertaken in the pursuit of a goal. Abhyāsa is repeated practice performed with observation and reflection. Kriyā, or action, also implies perfect execution with study and investigation. Therefore, sādhanā, abhyāsa, and kriyā all mean one and the same thing. A sādhaka, or practitioner, is one who skillfully applies...mind and intelligence in practice towards a goal...'


A daily practice by yourself or with a teacher is the means whereby you increase capacity not only physically but mentally and emotionally. But you progress, and there is time now to further this process of advancement. Use this time well.


Thereby utilising the age old practices of yoga as a touchstone - to regulate your life when Life itself seems to be anything but 'normal' and perhaps wont be for the foreseeable future yet.
